“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.” Ephesians 2:10
The longer I walk with the Lord, the more I realize that He has a plan and a purpose for each one of our lives. The path that He has chosen for me may be far different from one He has chosen for someone else. Though we may not understand why things happen in our lives, He knows exactly where He is leading us. Our responsibility is to follow where He leads.
As we get out of bed each morning, we can rest assured that He already knows what the day will be like, and as we thank Him for the day and commit it to Him, He will direct our every step. We don’t need to worry, He is in complete control.
Prayer: Jesus, we commit our lives into your keeping today, guide and direct us every step of the way.
