I don’t know about you, but I ate a lot of snacks during quarantine. I also baked a lot; bread, naan, cookies, muffins, cake, etc. So—much—food! Even though the food I was eating was delicious, I became weary of it after awhile. It got to the point where I was just eating, not even utilizing my taste buds to the best of their ability to experience the complex flavors of my food.
