And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching. (Hebrews 10:24-25, NIV)
Good relationships are a huge part of our walk with God. Just because we choose to live for Christ does not mean that we will be walking on cloud 9 all the time. Sometimes life will get us down. Having people in your life to pull you up is an essential part of your walk. Fellowship with fellow Christians will keep you motivated even when things seem to be going terribly.
Prayer: Lord, I pray that you will continue to place people in our lives to help us stay on track and focused on our purpose. Also, lead us to others who may need extra encouragement. In Jesus name, amen.
