95“And even to your old age I am he; and even to hoar hairs will I carry you. I have made, and I will bear; even I will carry, and will deliver you.” (Isaiah 46:5 in the King James Version of the Holy Bible)

God has made a pact with us oldies. How neat is that? We can always count on Him keeping His Word. Even if our loved ones give up on us, He has promised to take care of us. He will carry us when we can no longer walk. What a loving God we serve.

From the world’s standpoint the health care system is saying the elderly are a bother but from Heaven’s point of view He will take care of us. He is looking out for senior saints!

Prayer: So thankful Lord, that Your promises are yea and amen. There’s no need to worry or fret as we age. We must keep our eyes on You. Great is Your faithfulness! Amen and Amen!

  1. The aches and pains and everything else all remind us that we’re not Home yet. The reassurance of the Scripture you cited is a warm fuzzy to carry us through each day as we anticipate Home.
