“Teach me good judgment and knowledge: for I have believed thy commandments.” Psalm 119:66
I live in a busy city and there is always lots of traffic to contend with on our streets and highways. Every time I pull my car out of the garage, I ask the Lord to give me wisdom and direction in my driving, to help me to be alert always to what is going on around me, and to make the right decisions. There is a need to be aware of all the other vehicles around me, and to watch the traffic lights and road signs carefully.
We live in a world that seems to be getting more wicked all the time. There are many dangers that we face every day, things that would cause us to make wrong decisions that affect our walk with the Lord. The choices that we make can draw us away from the Lord if we are not always on the alert. As we take time daily to talk to the Lord in prayer and trust the promises He has given us in His Word, He will give us the wisdom and knowledge to make the right choices.
Prayer: Lord Jesus, we ask you for wisdom and direction today, to know the right way to go and to trust you for guidance.

Amen, as it says in Prov 3:5,6 – ” Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean not unto thine own understanding.
In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy path”. Amen. Surely He will direct you. Totally agree with Sis Johnston.
