Then he said, “I tell you the truth, unless you turn from your sins and become like little children, you will never get into the Kingdom of Heaven. (Matthew 18:3, NIV)

I began a new job teaching Christian Preschool in September.  Coming from a High School background I was very nervous to make this jump, but the opportunity arose and I thought it was likely an answer to prayer so I took the plunge.  I knew within days that I had made the right decision.  Working with these preschoolers has reopened my eyes to what means to think like a child.  They do not over-analyze every situation.  They certainly do not question the Lord’s ability to fix anything. God says we must become like little children or we will not get into the Kingdom of Heaven.  I have not done any deep scriptural study, but I do know how the mind of a child works and I think it’s time that I reevaluate my faith in God. My adult brain questions way too much.  I pray today that God will help us to have faith like children and believe in Him for all things.

Prayer: Lord, help us to be like little children.  As we walk with you I pray that we trust you to supply our needs.  I pray for faith as we continue in this dark world. In Jesus name, amen.
