What do you think of when you hear the word rejected? In these electronic days, rejection is most often linked to a debit or credit card transaction that did not process. Other rejections are associated with credit applications. No matter the reasons, financial rejection is embarrassing.
Personal rejection―when one person rejects another―is the worst level of non-acceptance. Whether from bigotry, social status, or misunderstanding, a deep hurt accompanies human rejection.
Jesus came to earth to do good, but he received evil in exchange. He wanted to make himself known to more people, but they hid their faces―turned their backs―and gave Him no honor.
You can’t change history, but you can change the future. Embrace Jesus, the Lord of all.
