Revival

“all the while praising God and enjoying the goodwill of all the people. And each day the Lord added to their fellowship those who were being saved.”

Acts 2:47

I have seen some videos recently on social media of a conference happening in the Philippines where there were 42,000 in attendance and 8,000 receiving the Holy Ghost in one service! Isn’t that incredible? Revival is happening all over the world, and I believe the last few verses in the second chapter of Acts contain important guidelines for revival.

Unity – We have to stand together in these last days.

Share – I believe this doesn’t only apply to materialistic items but also sharing love, helping to carry another’s burdens and sharing in rejoicing. 

Finances – We must not focus on what we can obtain but rather what we can give.

Worship – Praise and worship can sometimes be left to Sunday services, but we must center our lives around worshipping Jesus. 

Fellowship – We must not underestimate the importance and power of godly fellowship. Celebrate being a part of the family of God! 

We must stand firm in the belief that our greatest days are ahead of us, not behind!   Have faith today that personal revival as well as corporate revival could be right around the corner. 

Lord, I am so thankful that greater things are yet to come in my life and also my community. I believe that revival is coming and I pray you help me to keep the faith in these last days.
