Multitudes of languages and cultures employ a variety of customs to affirm the greatness of God. If sojourners don’t speak the local dialect, does it separate them from the holy presence of God? What if the local deity is not the eternal God? Consider the Psalmist David’s revelation to the chief musician.

The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament shows His handiwork. Day unto day utters speech, And night unto night reveals knowledge. There is no speech nor language Where their voice is not heard. (Psalm 19: 1-3, Holy Bible, New King James)

Prayer: Eternal God, wherever I am, I see Your glory revealed in the heavens and feel Your presence in my soul. Amen.
