“I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.” Psalm 32:8
The New Living Version says it this way, “The Lord says, ‘I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you.’”
As we get older, we sometimes look back and consider the life we have lived, the choices we have made, and decisions that changed the course of our life. We may wish we had done things differently at some points, but all in all, we can see how the Lord has been with us, directing our steps and opening doors for us to walk through. He has always been there, and was working out everything for our good. He has always put people in our paths to advise us and to help us along the way.
I am so glad that the Lord came into my life when I was a child, that He put a desire down in my heart to serve Him. I have failed many times along the way, but He has always been there for me, and my family. I am trusting Him each day to lead me and use me for His glory.
Prayer: Lord, you have never failed, you have always been there. Direct my steps each day.
