Am I the only one who thinks this year has gone by too fast? It is hard to believe that this is the last day of November and soon the year 2018 will end and we will begin a new one.
This has been a different year for me. There have been some bumps in the road, some health problems which resulted in a miracle of healing, as well as some surprising developments in our family which we did not expect. There have been good times and bad times. But, through it all, the Lord has been there, providing grace and mercy and supplying every need. We have seen many answers to prayer.
As we walk with the Lord He opens doors that are part of His plan and closes those that are not. As we near the end of the year and prepare to enter a new one, we can safely commit everything to Him. No matter what the future holds, He is in control. He will give us the wisdom we need for each day and the faith we need for tomorrow.
Prayer: Lord Jesus, thank you for keeping us through this year and thank you for the assurance that you are always there to meet every need.
